Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop project proposals and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for bidding purposes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed according to plans
- Manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Maintain good relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others

Salary: 1600$
