Surveyor for Construction Projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



We are in need of an experienced Surveyor to join our team and work on various construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine the precise location and measurement of points, lines, and areas for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting surveys on construction sites using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collecting data on site conditions, existing structures, and topographical features
- Calculating measurements and creating maps or 3D models using computer software
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient surveying
- Monitoring construction progress and providing updates on any changes or discrepancies
- Identifying potential issues or risks related to land use or property boundaries
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and producing reports as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Surveyor on construction projects
- Familiarity with surveying techniques and equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and mapping (AutoCAD, GIS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is not required but considered an asset

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
