Malayalee Chef in Dickirch


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team at a popular restaurant in Dickirch. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Malayalee dishes that will delight our customers' taste buds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the menu, ensuring that it reflects traditional Malayalee cuisine
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Requirements:
- Must be of Malayalee descent with knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques for food preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
