We are searching for a skilled and experienced Foreign Surveyor to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Foreign Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating maps of various land areas and structures. Your main goal will be to ensure accurate and detailed data collection for construction, planning, or research purposes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and collect data using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and 3D scanners
- Create detailed maps and plans of land areas, buildings, or other structures
- Analyze data and use it to create reports with accurate measurements and descriptions
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with surveying standards, laws, and regulations
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment regularly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, methods, tools, and equipment
- Proficiency in using specialized software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from different backgrounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
