Architectural Technologist in Ashdod, Israel

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for building construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary regulations and codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural technology, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for building construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet all necessary regulations and codes
- Use specialized software to create 3D models and visualizations of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an architectural technologist
- Proficient in using specialized software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
