We are seeking a skilled Cad Draftsman to join our team in Bungoma, India. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers and architects to develop accurate and detailed drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience or English language proficiency. Accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Revise drawings based on feedback from project teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Maintain organized files and records of all drawings
- Communicate effectively with project teams to understand project requirements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in engineering or architecture preferred
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods preferred
