Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Svalbard. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they are released to the public. Your main duties will include designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. You must also have experience with testing tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team. As a QA Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans based on project requirements
- Identify and report bugs using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or updates
- Perform manual and automated testing as needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code meets quality standards
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development processes
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month
