Junior Android Developer

We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior Android Developer to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Junior Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Work with project managers to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in Android development (personal projects or professional experience)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience working on large-scale projects with a team of developers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Familiarity with Git version control system
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile applications
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
