Moderator for Indian-Focused Online Community in Sheduva


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Sheduva. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing an online community focused on Indian culture, language, and lifestyle. This includes monitoring discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and engaging with members to foster a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Understanding of Indian culture and current events
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience moderating online communities preferred

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and posts within the community to ensure they align with community guidelines
- Engage with members through comments, messages, and forums to build relationships and maintain a positive atmosphere
- Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to improve community engagement and growth strategies
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and topics within the Indian community
