Architectural Designer - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all designs meet their requirements and are in compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into detailed plans
- Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into the design plans
- Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review project proposals and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback or changes in building codes/regulations
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the approved design plans

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. In addition, we offer accommodation for non-local employees who do not have housing arrangements in Kaunas.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with a duration of 1 year. Upon successful completion of the contract period, there is potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design is required for this position.

Nationality/Location Preference:
While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and locations, preference will be given to candidates who are currently living in or willing to relocate to Kaunas, Lithuania.

Note:
All applicants must have a valid biometric passport as this job may involve international travel for project meetings or site visits. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
