We are currently seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborating with our development team to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Collecting and understanding client requirements and preferences
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure your designs are implemented accurately
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval
- Conducting user experience testing and making necessary improvements based on feedback
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Experience designing responsive websites for various devices
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This is a contract position located in Shan, Africa. While we prefer candidates from the local area, we welcome applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
