Guest Services Coordinator - Concierge (Balzers, Liechtenstein)

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-service oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at a luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all guests and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for them.

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, make reservations for dining and activities, provide information on local attractions and events, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay. You will also coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the local area. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. Candidates must be fluent in English and have the ability to speak other languages is a plus. This position does not require accommodation.
