Architecture Project Manager

As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Moscow. Your main duties will include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for developing project budgets, reviewing design plans, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and solve any issues that may arise during the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Moscow, Russia (open to all nationalities)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Russia
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Moscow
- Fluency in English
