Barista - Coffee Shop (Nepali Speaker)


As a Barista at our coffee shop in Bungoma, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving various coffee drinks and food items. This role requires someone who is fluent in Nepali and has excellent English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, prepare and serve coffee drinks, pastries, and other food items
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers with inquiries or special requests
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali with excellent English speaking skills
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
