Blast Furnace Operator

We are in need of a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace in order to produce high-quality iron. Your duties will include monitoring the furnace temperature, adjusting the fuel and air supply, and monitoring the quality of the produced iron. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable about safety procedures and regulations. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. This is a physically demanding job, so candidates must be physically fit and able to work long hours if required. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with English proficiency. Salary starts at $1400 per month.
