Tailoring Assistant in Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Tailoring Assistant, you will work closely with our head seamstress to assist with all aspects of garment production. This is a part-time position suitable for men, with flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely. No English language skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments according to design specifications
- Operating industrial sewing machines and other equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Quality control of finished garments to ensure they meet our high standards
- Communicating effectively with the head seamstress to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Proficiency in garment construction techniques and use of industrial sewing machines
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to take direction from the head seamstress and work independently when necessary
