Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar

Construction Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects and ensuring their timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction activities and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Review project specifications and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of project progress

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid work permit in Qatar
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
