Construction Project Manager

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lom, overseeing various construction projects. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes creating project schedules, managing budgets, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project documentation and record keeping
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Malayalam (preferred)

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lom (willingness to travel within city limits required)

Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates who do not require visa sponsorship. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.
