Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Lom. Your primary duties will include planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are executed according to plans and specifications.

Your main responsibilities will include creating detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to stay on track. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that projects are completed within allotted funds. This may involve negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best possible prices for materials and services.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will also be responsible for overseeing the work of construction crews, ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations and quality standards. You may also be required to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process and make timely decisions to keep projects running smoothly.

In addition to technical skills, this role requires strong communication and leadership skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with team members at all levels, as well as clients and stakeholders. You should also have strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in order to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position is suitable for individuals with previous experience in construction management or a related field. However, we welcome candidates who have recently completed relevant education or training programs as well. The ability to speak English is preferred but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation options. This is a full-time position but part-time options may be available for qualified candidates.
