Heavy Equipment Operator


As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will work on a variety of construction projects in the city of Chelyabinsk, including building roads, bridges, and other structures. This position is open to both Kenyan and foreign applicants, with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment to move materials, dig trenches, and lift heavy objects
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time
- Keep accurate records of daily tasks and materials used
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license is preferred

Compensation:
