Barista - Gujrat, India



We are hiring a Barista to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering suggestions
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure all products are stocked and displayed properly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

Salary: $1800 per month (contract job)

Location: Gujrat, India. This position is open to candidates of any nationality.

Working Hours: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.
