Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures. You will ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards, while also providing guidance and support to your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine construction requirements.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations.
- Train new employees on proper masonry techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for projects.
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes.
- Communicate with clients or contractors to address any concerns or issues.
- Prepare progress reports for management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason or similar role.
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a construction setting.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials.

Salary:
AED 1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Abu Dhabi, UAE
