CNC Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Pula. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control machines to produce high-quality parts and products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800, and we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Set up machines according to job instructions
- Load materials into the machine and adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or products as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with various CNC programming languages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with specific types of CNC machines (e.g. lathes, mills, routers)
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
- Trade school or certification in machining or related field
