Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Akron, Ohio


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant during our busy season. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for all employees
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience implementing them in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a seasonal position paying $1000 per month. The duration of employment will be determined based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Akron, Ohio. Applicants must have their own transportation as we do not provide accommodation.
