Administrative Support Specialist
We are in search of an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Almada! As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in an administrative role, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence and communication, and organizing meetings and events. You must also have strong attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, along with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for team members
- Handle correspondence and communication, both written and verbal
- Organize meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel accommodations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with basic office tasks such as ordering supplies or filing paperwork
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
