Floral Designer


We are in search of a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team at our flower shop in Siauliai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing floral arrangements using a variety of blooms and foliage.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on the type of flowers, colors, and designs that would best suit the occasion.
- Order flowers and supplies from reliable vendors to ensure high-quality products.
- Prepare flower arrangements according to specifications provided by clients.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and continuously develop new techniques.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or floral designer is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to create unique designs.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their colors, textures, and care instructions.
- Basic math skills for arranging pricing quotes.
- Must be able to physically handle the demands of the job such as lifting heavy buckets and standing for long periods.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
