Job Title: Contract Office Assistant - Gujrat, India
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Office Assistant to join our team in Gujrat, India. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office assistant and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Must have own visa for working in India or be eligible for a work visa sponsorship
