Job Title: Computer Support Specialist
Our fast-paced tech company in Osaka, Japan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with accommodation provided for non-native speakers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by clients or staff members
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Create documentation for frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a computer support role
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical individuals
Salary: $1000 per month
Location: Osaka, Japan (accommodation provided for non-native speakers)
