Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans, including building layouts, specifications, and materials selection
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial projects in Kaunas or Lithuania
- Experience managing a team of architects or designers
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
