Office Administrator - Dickirch, Egypt
We are in search of a competent Office Administrator to join our team in Dickirch, Egypt. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and ensuring smooth functioning of daily tasks. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
- Assist with budget preparation and record keeping
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Book travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Organize meetings and events as needed
- Communicate with clients and vendors in a professional manner
- Provide support to other team members when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role (experience in a multinational company is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month
