IT Systems Analyst (Urgent)


We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Ufa. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems to meet the needs of our organization. This includes evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new systems or upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience with a variety of software and hardware systems.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new systems or upgrades to meet the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop user manuals and provide training to staff on new systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Experience with system design, development, testing, and implementation processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with Egyptian or Filipino organizations
- Fluent in Arabic or Tagalog
- Ability to work on own visa

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa, Russia (open for remote work)
