Computer Systems Analyst

We are hiring a skilled Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Ufa. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within our organization. You will also work closely with software developers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with software developers to design and implement new systems or modify existing ones
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for computer systems
- Train end-users on new systems and provide technical support as needed
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Ufa (accommodation provided)
