We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse for our medical facility in Ajman, UAE. The candidate must be an Indian national with a valid nursing degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and their families on health management and prevention of illness or injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in nursing practices through continued education and training

Requirements:

- Valid nursing degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
