As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for examining insurance claims and determining the appropriate amount of compensation to be paid out. Your main goal will be to ensure that the company's financial interests are protected while also providing fair and timely settlements for policyholders. This position is located in Osijek, a vibrant city in Croatia known for its historical sites and cultural events.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee or foreign nationality preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of claims
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations
- Willingness to relocate to Osijek and live in provided accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for various types of claims
- Investigate and gather information from policyholders, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Assess damages, injuries, or losses and calculate appropriate compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
- Communicate updates and decisions to policyholders, agents, or other interested parties
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary

Salary:
