Machine Learning Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Siauliai. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and other team members to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to understand business needs
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets
- Develop data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment
- Evaluate and improve existing machine learning models
- Research and experiment with new machine learning techniques
- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or related role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, linear algebra, and calculus
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language proficiency is a plus)
