Excavator Operator

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Shan, as a full-time employee. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and is open to both local and foreign candidates. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials on construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine work requirements
- Conduct daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
- Ensure work area is safe for operation of equipment
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with other team members to complete tasks within given timeframes

Requirements:
- Experience operating excavators or other heavy equipment
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English
