Office Assistant - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain on a contract basis. As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must have their own valid visa for employment in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Conduct research as directed by management
- Assist with booking travel arrangements for staff members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience working in an office setting, preferably as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must have own valid visa for employment in Bahrain
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this contract position.
