As a Concierge in Vilnius, Lithuania, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of our luxury property. Your main duties will include assisting with reservations, coordinating transportation and activities, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. No English language skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, entertainment, and transportation
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to provide helpful suggestions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate special requests such as room service, laundry, or other amenities
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary action to resolve any issues
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in Lithuanian; knowledge of other languages is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
