We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Vilnius. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests by assisting with their needs and requests. This includes making reservations, arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions and events, and handling any guest inquiries or complaints. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, along with a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals. Salary is $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to assist guests effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred (non-nationals must have valid work permit)
