Construction Manager - Las Vegas

As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with our team of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to plan project details
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, methods, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards successful project completion
