As a Moderator in our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our online community in Faro. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on various social media platforms to maintain a positive and safe environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, including comments, posts, and messages
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to identify potential issues or trends within the online community
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with different social media platforms
- Knowledge of biometric passport regulations is an asset
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Salary: 1100$ monthly.
