Puncher - Manufacturing Associate

We are a leading manufacturing company based in Zagreb and we are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating equipment to punch holes, slots, or notches in metal sheets and plates according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch press and other related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or sketches to determine punching requirements
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate punching
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain production logs and records
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Puncher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
