We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This position is ideal for an Indian national looking for an English-speaking job with accommodation and without prior experience. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
