Office Manager for International Company in Abu Dhabi
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Manager to join our international company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience managing an office and coordinating daily operations, as well as excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage office maintenance and repairs
- Keep track of important company documents and ensure they are properly filed
- Maintain a pleasant working environment for employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with budget management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1300$ per month. Preference will be given to candidates from Egypt or Nepal, but applicants of any nationality are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required.
Please note that prior experience is not necessary for this role. However, candidates must have a biometric passport that allows them to work in the UAE.
