Junior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop project plans and designs for commercial buildings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information and ensure design feasibility
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on their feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1+ year(s) experience in commercial architecture (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment. The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
