Junior Product Designer


We are hiring a Junior Product Designer to join our growing team in Medina. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with the design team to develop concepts, sketches, and prototypes, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful product launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create product designs that align with the company's brand and customer needs
- Develop sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, marketers, and product managers
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design
- Assist with user testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product design or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into designs
