We are in need of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Split. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for creating precise holes and indentations in various materials using specialized tools and machinery. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to create holes and indentations in different materials such as metal, plastic, or paper
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine punching specifications
- Adjust machine settings for each job based on material type, thickness, and desired outcome
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for any defects or errors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with punch press machines and related tools
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move heavy materials if needed

Preferred:
- Experience working with different types of materials (metal, plastic, paper)
- Knowledge of different punching techniques (pierce punching, blanking, notching)
- Certification or training in punch press operation

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
