Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized café environment, taking orders and payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food items
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the café

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Location: Alta, Norway (Open to all nationalities)
Salary: $1200 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
