Indian Chef
A highly skilled and experienced Indian Chef is needed to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious Indian dishes, managing the kitchen staff, and maintaining food quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- Manage the kitchen staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to maintain high standards at all times
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed, keeping track of inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
