We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finisher to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production on various projects. This includes sanding, painting, staining, and applying finishing touches to ensure a high-quality end result.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sand and smooth surfaces of wood, metal or other materials using various power and hand tools
- Apply paint, stain or other finishes to surfaces using brushes or spray guns
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Follow safety protocols when using hazardous materials
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paint, stain and finishes
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for imperfections
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with biometric passports or similar products
- Prior experience working in an English speaking environment
- Biometric passport

Salary:
$1400 per month
